An Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 61 votes to 11.
- 2. Applies to children between 7 and 15.
- 3. Comes into force on 1 January 2001.
