The Hochstadt Examinations Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 50 votes to 28.
- Applies to children between 6 and 11.
