An Act for the Better Regulation of Salt Duties

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 55 votes to 26.
  2. Sets the duty at 10 pfen in the marka.
