The Firearms Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 60 votes to 19.
  2. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 31 marka or 12 months.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 1979.
