An Act to amend The Licensing (Amendment) Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 39 votes to 24.
- 2. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 122 marka or 15 months.
