The Almanac Inspection Act

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.

The Act has 4 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 36 votes to 16.
  2. Administered by the Ministry of Chronology.
  3. Offences under this Act are tried before the Court of Chronological Offences.
  4. Comes into force on 1 January 1970.

Amendment history

  • The act stands as passed. No amending act is recorded.
  • Repealed with effect from 27 April 2010. The text is retained in the code for reference.

The Act is cited by its short title. Copies are held at every office of the Ministry of Justice and at the town halls.
