The Dammberg Firearms Act
Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.
The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 42 votes to 12.
- Penalty on conviction: a fine of 59 marka or 15 months.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1969.
