The Kessel Libraries Act
Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.
The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

- Applies to children between 6 and 14.
