An Act to amend The Telegraph Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 51 votes to 12.
- 2. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 1178 marka.
