The Turnpikes (Amendment) Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

Passed by the Assembly by 45 votes to 18.
Provides 9317 marka for works between Norrhafen and Sudholt.
Comes into force on 1 January 1812.
