The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 8.
2. Administered by the Ministry of Chronology.
3. Offences under this Act are tried before the Court of Chronological Offences.

Amendment history

• This act amends The Sealed Archive Act (1863).
• F1 Amended by The Sealed Archive (Amendment) Act, 16 September 1981. Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 29.
• F2 Amended by The Sealed Archive (Amendment) Act, 10 January 2001. Passed by the Assembly by 44 votes to 1.

The Act came into force as its provisions state and remains in the code with its amendment history.
