The Banking Act
Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.
The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 59 votes to 10.
- Sets the duty at 7 pfen in the marka.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1960.
