The Hospitals Regulation Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 45 votes to 3.
  2. Every town above 5000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 1959.
