The Iron Tariff Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 33 votes to 21.
  2. Sets the duty at 10 pfen in the marka.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 1955.
