The Grauholt Aviation Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Clerk's summary of the Act's 3 sections follows; the full text is held at the Ministry of Justice.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 42 votes to 15.
  2. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 26 marka.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 1945.
