The Licensing Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 47 votes to 13.
  2. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 25 marka or 12 months.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 1944.
