An Act for the Better Inspection of Iron Tariff

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 39 votes to 21.
  2. Sets the duty at 11 pfen in the marka.
