The Berging Vagrancy Act

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.

The Act is arranged in 2 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 18.
2. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 48 marka or 8 months.
