An Act for the Better Provision of Broadcasting
Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.
The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.
- Passed by the Assembly by 46 votes to 15.
- Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 481 marka.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1932.
