The Sudholt Tramway Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Clerk's summary of the Act's 3 sections follows; the full text is held at the Ministry of Justice.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 53 votes to 10.
2. Provides 34200 marka for works between Vellhausen and Sudholt.
3. Comes into force on 1 January 1930.

• F1 Amended by The Tramway (Amendment) Act, 13 December 1965. Passed by the Assembly by 56 votes to 6.

The Act came into force as its provisions state and remains in the code with its amendment history.
