The Diary Licences (Amendment) Act

The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.

The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly by 39 votes to 23.
2. Administered by the Ministry of Chronology.
3. Offences under this Act are tried before the Court of Chronological Offences.

• This act amends The Diary Licences (Amendment) Act (1882).
• F1 Amended by The Diary Licences (Amendment) Act, 30 January 2007. Passed by the Assembly by 55 votes to 5.

The Act is cited by its short title. Copies are held at every office of the Ministry of Justice and at the town halls.
