The Regimental Colours Regulation Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act is arranged in 4 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

1. Passed by the Assembly without a division.
2. Charged to the Annual War Appropriation.
3. Passed unanimously, as is customary for measures concerning the Line.
4. Comes into force on 1 January 1928.

The Act came into force as its provisions state and remains in the code with its amendment history.
