An Act, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 40 votes to 10.
- 2. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 932 marka.
