An Act to amend An Act for the Better Improvement of Digital Records, passed by the Assembly of Schwartzistan in session at Vellmar.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, under the Compact of Vellmar, as follows:
- 1. Passed by the Assembly by 52 votes to 9.
- 2. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 466 marka.
