The Telephone (Amendment) Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 47 votes to 13.
  2. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 92 marka.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 1925.
