The Sanitation (Amendment) Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act has 2 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 38 votes to 21.
  2. Every town above 500 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
