The Electricity (Amendment) Act

Be it enacted by the Assembly of Schwartzistan, with the assent of the Grand Chancellor, as follows.

The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

Passed by the Assembly by 48 votes to 11.
Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 2195 marka.
Comes into force on 1 January 1918.
