The Tramway Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act has 3 sections, summarised below as the code requires.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 46 votes to 7.
  2. Provides 73080 marka for works between Grauholt and Kessel.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 1917.
