The Iron Tariff Regulation Act

Whereas it is expedient to make provision in the matter hereinafter set out: be it enacted by the Assembly as follows.

The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.

  1. Passed by the Assembly by 39 votes to 20.
  2. Sets the duty at 2 pfen in the marka.
  3. Comes into force on 1 January 1915.
