The Pensions Act
The Assembly of Schwartzistan enacts as follows.
The Act is arranged in 3 sections. Its provisions, as summarised by the Clerk of the Assembly for the code, are these.
- Passed by the Assembly by 42 votes to 18.
- Every town above 1000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act.
- Comes into force on 1 January 1805.
Amendment history
- F1 Amended by The Pensions (Amendment) Act, 5 November 1840. Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 16.
- Repealed with effect from 16 November 1884. The text is retained in the code for reference.
The Act is cited by its short title. Copies are held at every office of the Ministry of Justice and at the town halls.
